| formDate | Hidden | Date | Forminator inserts a time/date stamp in MM/DD/YYYY format. Useful for filtering form submissions in campaigns, programs, and segments. |
| formDescription | Hidden | Text | Holds a short description of what the form offers. Examples: “Free Software Trial” or “Contact Us.” |
| formUrl | Hidden | Text | Forminator captures the URL of the webpage containing the submitted form. |
| formUrlQueryString | Hidden | Large Text | Forminator captures any query strings appended to the form URL. |
| referrerUrl | Hidden | Text | Forminator captures the webpage the visitor was on immediately before the form URL. |
| browser | Hidden | Text | Forminator captures the browser name and version number the visitor used. |
| redirectUrl | Hidden | Text | The URL of the webpage you wish a visitor to be redirected to after submitting the form. |
| submitterEmailId | Hidden | Text | Enter the ID of the Eloqua email you wish to be sent to anyone submitting the form. |
| notificationEmail | Hidden | Text | Enter the email address(es) of anyone you wish to send a notification to when the form is submitted. Separate email addresses with commas. |
